It’s rare to need anything that’s as long as 60 feet in your everyday life. In fact, you will probably never need a lot of things measuring this long.
However, knowing some of the items measuring this much is fun and could make great conversation. Today, we lined up thirteen items that measure this much.
Before we get started, it’s good to know that 60 feet is equivalent to 18 meters.

They are the largest toothed whales in the world. The males grow about 50 to 60 feet and weigh 40-50 tons.

11. Bowling Lane
A bowling lane, as per recommendation, is supposed to be 60 feet long. The distance is from the foul line to the center of the headpin.
In addition, the lane width is 41.5 inches which are measured in boards.
12. Cricket pitch
The cricket pitch is about 19.5m(60ft) from end to end. It also has 1.22m after the stumps to provide the return crease and bowler approach area.
